Hey! I'm Mai!
I started decorating for family and friends over 15 years ago. I’m passionate about creating fun and festive events for my customers. I love balloonery and the smiles that balloons put on my client’s faces. I truly believe in the words of Proverbs 18:16 “A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men.” I have been blessed to decorate for some very awesome people and I can’t wait to partner with you on your next event!

Environmentally Friendly Latex Balloons
Our latex balloons are eco-friendly, as they are biodegradable. Over time, they naturally oxidize and return to the environment, leaving no lasting impact.
Changes in Appearance
Colored Latex Balloons: When exposed to the elements, our colored latex balloons will gradually adopt a matte finish.
Clear Latex Balloons: Our clear latex balloons may become cloudy within a timeframe of 5 to 12 hours. The exact duration can vary depending on weather conditions and whether they are treated with HI-FLOAT.
A Responsible Choice
We encourage you to take an environmentally responsible approach by recycling your balloons once they have been used. This simple act helps reduce waste and ensures that the materials used in our balloons are properly disposed of. Thank you for your commitment to a cleaner and greener environment.
Safety Precautions for Balloon Ceiling Installations
When considering a balloon ceiling installation or releasing balloons onto a ceiling, it's crucial to pay attention to even the smallest details. Take a moment to inspect the area for potential issues such as paintwork chips or protruding nails that could puncture the balloons. Run your hand across the ceiling surface to identify any problematic areas.
Spotlight Caution
Please be aware that hot spotlights can pose a risk to your balloons. If your space is equipped with spotlights, it's imperative to follow these guidelines:
- Ensure that all spotlights have been turned off for at least 2 hours and have completely cooled down before introducing any balloons.
- Do not activate any lights that generate heat, as this can lead to your balloons bursting.
Prioritizing these safety measures will help you execute your balloon ceiling installation or release balloons onto a ceiling without unexpected complications. Your safety and the success of your decoration project are our top priorities.
Indoor Use
When used indoors, numerous air-filled balloon designs have the potential to endure for weeks. The exact duration of the balloons' longevity indoors will hinge upon the specific environmental conditions within the space. Additionally, all of our helium balloons are designed to float indoors for a minimum of 6hrs, often extending well beyond that timeframe.
Outdoor Use
It's important to note that we cannot provide a specific guarantee regarding the duration of balloon lifespan when used outdoors. Outdoor conditions such as sun exposure, heat, wind, rain, and other factors can significantly impact how long the balloons will last. Please be mindful of these variables when planning your outdoor balloon arrangements.
This is an excellent question, and we appreciate your interest in our services.
We do accept specialty balloons with custom printed logos or personalized messages. It's essential to note that if these balloons happen to be defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be responsible for the full cost of that specific balloon. However, we do not use customer provided balloons from Amazon or discount retailers. Regrettably, we cannot vouch for the quality or predict the lifespan of balloons that are not supplied by our team.
Serving from Georgia, but Beyond Borders
While our home base is in Georgia, we primarily focus on servicing areas within a 30-mile radius of 30815. However, we're also more than willing to extend our services to wherever they are needed, even on an international scale!
Securing Your Event Date and Items
Our event set-up dates and times operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure that you secure your preferred event date and items and avoid any potential disappointment, we recommend reaching out to us promptly once you have confirmed your venue.
Timeliness is Our Strength, Yet Notice is Valued
We take pride in our swift service, but it's worth noting that advance notice is always welcomed!
For intricate orders, additional time may be required for flawless execution. We strive to inflate everything as close to your event as feasible, ensuring a rapid turnaround. Nevertheless, we deeply appreciate as much notice as you can provide, as it allows us to deliver the best possible experience.
Order Finalization and Payment Terms
After you've confirmed your order details, you will receive an invoice via email for convenient online payment.
For events scheduled more than 45 days in advance, a 50% deposit is needed to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event.
For events within 45 days or less, full payment is required to secure the booking.
We understand that schools, non-profit organizations, and corporations may prefer to process payments by check. If payment cannot be made before the event date, we will request a signed contract to formalize the arrangement.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please submit a written cancellation request via email. In such cases, the payment will be credited toward your next event within a 12-month period. Please note that we do not issue refunds, but you will have 12 months to reschedule your decor within the same budget.
